SHIPPING POLICY

If the order was shipped you have 7 days to report missing or damaged items to be exchanged for a replacement product or store credit only. Resell  items are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of purchase and must not have been opened or used. Please note any allergic reactions are required to have proper documentation (photo) to qualify for exchange. Shipping fees are applied to any/all product orders , if any item is out of stock , and payment was collected the product will be auto shipped without an additonal fee once available. Please allow 7-10 business days for back ordered products to be available. If you wish to cancel an item that is out of stock at time of ordering you may qualify for refund. All online orders have up to  3 days for processing . All orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be processed the following business day (monday).

Return & Exchange Policy
